- ¼ cup coconut sugar or pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil or grass fed butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups almond flour not almond meal
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil for greasing pan
