    Harissa Vinaigrette

    Ingredients

    • Olive oil
    • Harissa paste
    • Red wine vinegar 
    • Cumin
    • Coriander 
    • Salt
    • Pepper 
    • Dijon mustard

    Instructions

    Blend all ingredients by stirring well or shaking.

    Substitutions

    Avocado Oil

    Apple cider vinegar.

    Storage

    Store in an air sealed container in the refrigerator for a week.

    Shake well!

    Harissa Vinaigrette (GF/DF)

    This harissa vinaigrette is the perfect Mediterranean salad topper! It is flavorful, bold, and delicious!

    Ingredients
      

    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons harissa paste mix 2 tablespoons of harissa seasoning with 2 tablespoons of water
    • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • ½ teaspooon cumin
    • ½ teaspoon coriander
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon dijion mustard

    Instructions
     

    • Blend all ingredients well using a salad dressing shaker or mason jar.

    Food safety

    • Cover well before shaking
    • Do not use the same utensils on cooked food, that previously touched raw meat
    • Wash hands after touching raw meat
    • Don’t leave food sitting out at room temperature for extended periods
    • Never leave cooking food unattended
    • Use oils with high smoking point to avoid harmful compounds
    • Always have good ventilation when using a gas stove
