Instructions
Blend all ingredients by stirring well or shaking.

Apple cider vinegar.
Storage
Store in an air sealed container in the refrigerator for a week.

Harissa Vinaigrette (GF/DF)
This harissa vinaigrette is the perfect Mediterranean salad topper! It is flavorful, bold, and delicious!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste mix 2 tablespoons of harissa seasoning with 2 tablespoons of water
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspooon cumin
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dijion mustard
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients well using a salad dressing shaker or mason jar.
Food safety
- Cover well before shaking
- Do not use the same utensils on cooked food, that previously touched raw meat
- Wash hands after touching raw meat
- Don’t leave food sitting out at room temperature for extended periods
- Never leave cooking food unattended
- Use oils with high smoking point to avoid harmful compounds
- Always have good ventilation when using a gas stove
